Low Fat Rice & Lamb Meal Adult
Dry Dog Food
Nutritional Solutions - Pure and Simple
California Natural Low Fat Rice & Lamb Meal Adult Dry Dog Food is carefully made with whole ingredients to meet the special dietary needs of dogs that cannot tolerate typical pet food ingredients and are less active, overweight and/or older. California Natural Low Fat dog food provides a lower fat, lower calorie version of our regular Lamb Meal & Rice dog food.
100% lamb meal is used as the only animal protein source in California Natural, along with brown and white rice for great digestibility and sunflower oil for healthy skin and coat. California Natural Low Fat makes sense for those dogs that have a slower paced lifestyle and may be carrying a few extra pounds.
Although Taurine, an amino acid, is already present in lamb meal, it has been supplemented to benefit certain breeds.
California Natural Low Fat Rice & Lamb Meal Adult Dry Dog Food is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials) Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for maintenance.
California Natural Low Fat Rice & Lamb Meal Adult Dry Dog Food is available in 5 lb., 15 lb., and 30 lb. packages.

Nutrient Analysis
Commonly referred to as Typical Nutrient Analysis (NA), this describes the nutrient content that a specific pet food formula is expected to achieve based on data from the formula database, or in some cases, from an actual laboratory assay. The goal in posting the Typical NA is to provide nutritionists and veterinarians with information that can aid in the treatment of clinical problems such as a cat with struvite or in working with overly obese dogs to prescribe feeding amounts and diet choice for the animal's success. For more information, read our NA FAQ's.
